Mr. David Walker

We are sad to announce the passing of Mr David Walker. 
 
David peacefully departed on June 14th after a 2 month hospitalisation. He was a cornerstone of Welsh Crown Green Bowls for many years, currently the National Registrar and Flintshire Midweek League President.

His legacy extends beyond those titles, as WCGBA Past President, WGCBA Hall of Fame inductee,  Tournament Officer for 20 years, a role in which his meticulously administration and passion shone brightly.  
 
His profound contribution to the administrative side of Welsh Bowls was immeasurable, touching countless lives and ensuring the smooth running of our beloved sport. Dave’s dedication, knowledge and unwavering spirit will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.

David’s funeral will be on Friday 11th July 2pm at Northop Crematorium CH7 6DF, followed by a celebration of his life at Old Padeswood Golf Club, CH7 4JD.
