Welsh Ladies at Denbigh

Ladies ‘Team Wales’ were as hot as the weather conditions on Sunday 17th August as they progressed to the final of the Mavis Dearden Supplementary County Championships. The Home team played some brilliant games and lost only two of their twelve matches. The Away team took eight out of their twelve matches. The overall scores were Wales Home – 242 North Midlands 194. Away Wales 204 – North Midlands 192. The final takes place on the 21st September.
