Windle Bowling Club – Hard Ln\, Saint Helens WA10 6JT\n3. Wrockwardine Bowling Club – 15 Church Rd\, Telford TF2 7AQ\n4. Alkincoats Bowling Club – Alkincoats Rd\, Colne BB8 9QQ\nFinals Day Sunday 27th April – Venue TBA \nEsclusham BC represented Wales and played at Spen Victoria\, Top Green in Group A. Also in that group were Derbyshire Park BC (Lancashire)\, George & Dragon (Greater Manchester) and Attleborough BC (North Midlands) \nEsclusham won 5 games to 3 against Attleborough (155 to 144)\, beat Derbyshire Park BC 6 games to 2 (166 to 95)\, and narrowly lost to George & Dragon with four games a piece and losing by 3 point on the aggregate (134 to 131). On the 26th March there will be a greenkeeper coffee morning from 10am – 12:30pm at Bethesda Bowling Club. This is an opportunity for local bowling greenkeepers to talk with their peers about anything from machinery to fertilisers. The aim is to see how we can all help each other be it grants\, borrowing equipment\, buying in bulk to save money or just to chat. There will be representatives from origin amenity\, sisis/ dennis/ howardson group and major owen who will help with with any queries you may have.\n\n\n\nWe will look at Glyndwr and Wrexham areas next so don’t worry if you can’t make it and you haven’t been forgotten.If the Greenkeeper of your Club is unavailable then feel free to come as a representative.\n\n\n\nHope to see as many of you there as possible. DESCRIPTION:Vardre Deganwy Ladies represented Wales in this club championship  held in the North Lancs & Fylde area. \nVardre weredrawn in group A along with Springbank (Gr. Manchester)\, Dilhorne (Staffordshire) and Marown (Isle of Man). This group played their round robin matches at Belmont Bowling Club\, Green Marine Gardens\, The Esplanade\, Fleetwood\, FY7 6HF. \nThe winner of each of the four groups progressed to the semi-finals later in the day. The semis and the final were played at Cleveleys WMC\, 34 Slinger Road\, Cleveleys\, Thornton-Cleveleys\, FY5 1BN. \nFull details of each games is on the bowls results website \nthanks to Judy Hughes for this report: \nGareth and I went up to Fleetwood to support Vardre Deganwy in their efforts representing Wales yesterday.\nThe games were challenging on a green large enough to accommodate 6 blocks and have plenty of room. All the ladies tried their best and enjoyed the experience and their Friday evening together as well their games. After 3 games of 15 up they were all tired by the end but very pleased to have represented Wales.
