Use this form to pay by bank transfer or by cheque.

If you prefer to pay online by card please use this alternative form.

Please complete the form as fully as possible and submit it no less than 28 days prior to the competition. You can provide details of up to four competitions on this form. You will only need ONE certificate for all your open competitions in 2025.

If your competition is limited to Welsh players only, the WCGBA certificate is sufficient and costs £5.
If you expect competitors registered in England to take part, then a BCGBA Certificate is also required for an additional £10 fee. Both certificates will be sent by the WCGBA.

PRIZE MONEY – If any of your competitions has a first prize of £250 or more, the Referees Society has recommended that you have a qualified referee in attendance for at least the last three rounds.
