Please find below copies of the BCGBA CR1/2 Form for 2022, one in excel format (both sheets are in this workbook) and one in PDF format.  There are two files in PDF format, one with the club page and one with the members page.

We will be asking Clubs to download these this year rather than sending out paper copies.
